Your life is fine.
But not how you would really want it to be!

Your weeks fly by and are filled with things that don't give you energy. Secretly you ask yourself, what if there are different life-paths for me?

You can't complain. So you don't, at least not out loud.

But you catch yourself thinking about changing your career, moving abroad, starting that business, taking that leap… 

What if there's another way? What if you actually spend your days doing what energizes you instead of feeling exhausted at the end of the day?

I see too many women not following their heart and settling for less.

It feels like there could be a different way. But somehow you did not manage to take the right steps in that direction. Maybe you've tried to change things yourself, perhaps you've already taken a sabbatical, tried to move to another city, or threw yourself into that new hobby. To then return to that unsatisfied feeling. 

 

Or maybe you mask that feeling with an endless to-do list and a full agenda? Hoping to get a satisfied feeling from that. 

I now know from experience that that feeling only goes away when you start taking steps in the direction you want to go! Giving up really isn't going to help you any further.

If you keep doing what you are doing, what will your life be like in one year from now?
And is that what you really want?

I soon knew that I wanted something different.

After balancing on the edge of burnout during my master's degree, I decided to move abroad to start with a clean slate. Everything is better under the Spanish sun, right?

I started my career in the tech industry in Barcelona but quickly came to the conclusion that I didn't want to spend my days behind a laptop making money for a big company. After 3.5 years I resigned to follow my desire, I want to do things that give me energy!

Now I coach women towards a life that gives them energy and in which they truly follow their own path by working on their goals .  In addition, I am a proud dog mom, nature lover and I can do quite some cool tricks on my inline skates. I enjoy reading about everything from reptiles to history to black holes. I like to get out of bed early to see the sunrise and most importantly I like to do things a little bit differently than most people.
